From March 1, 2021, we are adding a new service for our regular partners: the provision of instrument for temporary replacement for the period of diagnostics and repair of the out-of-order instrument.

If the instrument at the facility is operating inadequately and it is not possible to solve the problem remotely with our service department, then we will be ready to send an instrument for temporary replacement to be installed at the facility instead of the out-of-order instrument while it will be under repair. Thus, your facility will remain in working order, and the client will express his gratitude to you!

If the instrument is under warranty, then the shipment of the instruments is carried out at the expense of DARIN, if the warranty is over, at the expense of the partner.

The obligation of the partner is to return the instrument for temporary replacement within 1 month after receiving the repaired instrument.

The instruments for temporary replacement are specially manufactured for this and have the distinctive features from serial instruments.
